Updated 2022 Dental Local Directories List
Arcane Marketing has done plenty of SEO work for our Dental Clients. In fact, to date, we’ve worked with over 100 successful dental practices to help with their digital marketing success. This covers SEO, PPC, social media, website design, and videography. Success here is defined growing their patient count month over month to steady growth that more than pays for the costs of the marketing strategies we implement. If you’ve been in the SEO world for a long time like we have, you might remember that back in 2010 Google made an update that greatly devalued directories. In 2022, that’s a completely different story. Long gone (we hope) are the days where various agencies would exploit the use of directories as a primary source for their link acquisition. Today, we have proof that directory links are once again valuable to your link acquisition strategy and variety. For dentists, we’ve compiled a list of dental specific directories to help your on your quest. Dentists obviously want people to come into their doors for their teeth troubles and needs. But, how do you raise the public’s awareness of your dental practice? Well, a good place to start is by putting your business into local directories (or local listings as we often call them).
Here’s What You Need To Do
Let’s say you load up the first one on this list. You get to the page and the site wants you to search for a dentist. But, you are a dentist, you don’t need to find one. Well, usually you’ll have to scroll down to the bottom and find the tiny button where you can register your office. No need here! These links will point you to the exact page you need to get registered.
But, before you start clicking away, you need to know what to put on these sites. There’s a golden rule for local listing sites, you want to establish a proper N.A.P. This stands for name, address, and phone. Basically, on these local listings, you want to put in the information (character for character, exactly the same) that is on your Google Business Profile. If you aren’t on Google Business Profile, then just WHAT are you doing?! That should be your first Local Listing! Go Here if you aren’t on there yet.
